Whistleblowing

With Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law (so-called Whistleblowing Directive). Benacchio S.r.l. is committed to establishing and maintaining relations with its employees, suppliers and stakeholders based on the principles of honesty, transparency, and social responsibility, while ensuring compliance with applicable national and international regulations.

Benacchio has activated this reporting channel (Whistleblowing) to offer the possibility of reporting possible conduct not in line with the principles of Model 231, the Code of Ethics and the national and European regulations referred to in Legislative Decree 24/2023.

The EQS Integrity Line platform:

• Allows a report to be made in written or oral form.
• Is configured in compliance with the parameters set out in Legislative Decree 24/2023, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the reporter, of any reported person and of the content of the report.
• Allows for confidential or completely anonymous reporting.
• Enables contact to be maintained with the reporting manager, using the “secure inbox”.
• Is totally free of charge for the user.

The platform may also be used by the reporting party to request an in-person meeting with the reporting manager – Alfa Solutions S.p.A.

The Whistleblower is invited to read the corporate procedure adopted by the Company.
